Hello, beautiful creatures! Happy Pride Month! It’s also my birthday month. Today I’m sharing my Pansexual Pride Nails tutorial that I created. I’ve identified as bisexual for most of my life, but I’m also comfortable identifying as pansexual. This is my first time making anything pansexual-related, as I usually prefer the bisexual flag colors. I love how these nails turned out, so I included a step-by-step tutorial on creating pansexual pride nails. Also, happy Indie Friday! I’m delighted that I can get an indie feature up today.
I purchased everything because I love to fling money at high-quality indie brands. All opinions are my own.
Pansexual Pride Nails Tutorial
- Size the Daily Charme White Full Coverage Short Almond tips to my nails. 11 for the pinky, 2 for the thumb, 8 for the index and ring, and 7 for the middle.
- Prep the full coverage tips with Apres Non-Acidic Gel-X Prep.
- Use the Mooncat Boundary Pusher to push my cuticles back and clean up the cuticles. Boundary Pusher is my favorite nail tool!
- Gently remove shine from the nails with Makartt 180/100 grit nail file on the more delicate side.
- Remove any dust from the nails with the Daily Charme Dark Unicorn Brush.
- Dehydrate the nails with isopropyl alcohol.
- Prime the nails with Orly Nail Tip Primer. This bottle lasts me a long time.
- Apply a thin coat of Orly Builder in a Bottle to all nails.
- Adhere the tips with a bubblegum gel. I used ENC Clear Bubblegum. Clean up around the cuticles if there is any spillage using a silicone tool.
- Cure in the led lamp for 60 seconds.
- Lightly shape the nails with the Makartt 180/100 grit file and carefully e-file the cuticle area.
- Use a bottle of dedicated iGel No-Wipe top coat and apply a thin layer to each nail as a sticky base for the Melt Radioactive Palette eyeshadows.
- Apply Melt Radioactive (neon pink) with an eyeshadow sponge to the thumb and 1/2 of the index finger.
- Use Melt Neon (neon yellow) with an eyeshadow sponge for the middle finger, 1/2 of the index, and 1/2 of the ring finger.
- Apply Melt Arsenic (neon teal blue) with an eyeshadow sponge to the pinky and 1/2 of the ring finger.
- Cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply Daily Charme No-Wipe Chrome Effect gel to all nails and cure for 60 seconds.
- Buff Daily Charme Unichrome Unicorn Chrome onto all the nails with an eyeshadow sponge and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply a thin layer of Daily Charme 5-in-1 Strengthening gel to each nail and cure for 60 seconds.
- Buff Daily Charme Dreamy Fairy Dust into the nail with an eyeshadow sponge and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply a thin layer of dedicated iGel No-Wipe top coat and cure for 30 seconds.
- Finish with Daily Charme Diamond Shine No-Wipe Top coat and cure for 30 seconds.
