How are you? I’m oddly finding joy in makeup and beauty lately. All this pandemic stuff sort of knocked out beauty for me as there seemed like so many more important things going in our world. But lately, I find myself enjoying my makeup, skincare, and fragrance so much more.
Here are a few makeup and beauty products I’m about to buy!
Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 68 Beija Flor Perfume Mist $35
I literally just hauled it this morning! I loved the body cream and the perfume mist absolutely has to come home with me too! The scent reminds of me of a really low-calorie Baccarat Rouge 540!
Athr Beauty Citrine Crystal Eyeshadow Quad $24
Guys, don’t judge me but I really want this palette. I know I have a million shades like it but I’m soooo tempted. It includes four Summer-y sunshine shades in Mid Summer (terracotta matte), Citrine (warm gold shimmer), Flame (golden copper metallic), and Eternal (rose gold sienna metallic)!
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil in Alkaline $22
Wait, what? A shade of 24/7 Eyeliner I don’t own? Yes, it’s true, I don’t believe I own Alkaline and I’m all about wine and red eyeliners at the moment. No idea why but I’m loving using them in liner looks lately.
PHLUR Perfume Sampler Set $25
I really need to see what all the hype is with Missing Person and Not Your Baby because Tiktok influencers have been shoving those two scents down my throat and I really need to see if they are worth the hype! This set includes 0.06 oz mists of both as well as four other PHLUR scents.
Florence by Mills Cloud Setter Eyebrow Styling Wax $16
As always my brows have their own damn life. I’m gonna try this new brow setting wax from Florence by Mills and see how it goes. It’s a little swivel up brow wax stick along with a comb to groom and set brows!
The Ordinary Marine Hyaluronics $8
Everyone is calling the Ordinary’s Marine Hyaluronics botox in a bottle so I spent the eight bucks to try it. This is a HA alternative that holds water like hyaluronic acid but has a lighter texture and feel.
Jaclyn Cosmetics In Line Eyeliner Pencil $18
These SCREAM Fall but I’m really loving the sultry shades released in this collection! Particularly the blackberry one! I’m pretty sure at least two are going to end up in my cart!
R.E.M. Midnight Shadows Matte Liquid Eyeshadow $16
I’m going to say a very controversial thing right now. I think I need all the shades of Midnight Shadows Matte Liquid Eyeshadow. I honestly mean this. I’m really on mattes for the last several years and cream ones are a particular favorite texture I like when using them and this collection has all the shades I LOVE! Dunes, light browns, creams, I just want every single shade!
Jaclyn Cosmetics Powder Move Loose Face Powder $30
Another Tiktok made me buy it product. Everyone keeps saying how incredible this is to set concealer under drier eyes and that pretty much sealed the deal for this dry-skinned girl!
